As a full-time Patrol Guard, you will monitor activities and maintain security for visitors and tenants in Toronto’s financial district. Your strong observational skills and professionalism are crucial in addressing potential incidents and assisting with inquiries. Enjoy a dynamic work environment featuring rotating 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols in common areas and entrances
• Maintain visibility to deter theft and unauthorized activities
• Monitor shopper behavior for safety concerns
• Respond to disturbances and medical emergencies
• Assist visitors with directions and inquiries
Requirements:
• Obtain a Security License in Ontario
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification
• Experience in retail or high-volume security
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to write detailed incident reports
