Position: Full-Time Customer Service Security Guard

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and verify identification

• Control access to buildings and facilities

• Conduct foot patrols to assess security risks

• Monitor security equipment and report issues

• Respond to incidents and provide first aid

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License required

• Certified in WSIB Approved First Aid & CPR Level C

• Basic computer and phone skills

• Minimum one year in customer service or concierge role
