As a Campus Customer Service Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with students, professors, and the general public in a post‑secondary institution located at Toronto, ON, M5B 1Y2.

    Must be available Monday to Sunday 8 AM-8 PM and 8 PM-8 AM (12‑hour continental rotation schedule (2 weeks days and 2 weeks nights))

Responsibilities for Customer Service Security Guard
  • Welcome visitors, verify , and provide directions
  • Control building access
  • Conduct foot patrols to identify risks
  • Check security equipment and report issues
  • Complete computer‑based monitoring and reports
  • Respond to incidents and provide first aid
  • Write incident reports and communicate concerns
  • Answer questions in person and by phone
Qualifications for Customer Service Security Guard
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Must hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Must have a valid WSIB Approved First Aid & CPR Level C Certification
  • Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service or concierge role
