As a Security Supervisor, you will coordinate security activities, supervise staff, and assist with training and evaluations. This role involves direct interaction with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring all security protocols adhere to regulations. Your strong leadership and communication skills will make a significant impact on event safety and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise security staff and services for guests

• Assist guests by responding to inquiries and complaints

• Oversee hiring, training, and work assignments of security teams

• Ensure compliance with security policies and laws

• Write reports on daily activities and incidents

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in a similar role preferred

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License and Smart Serve license

• Available for full-time work during event season

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs
