Position: French Speaking Alarm Dispatcher Role

As part of the Securitas Canadian Security Operation Centre (CSOC), you’ll play a crucial role in dispatching mobile guards and liaising with security personnel across the country. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls and log incidents while also confirming guard safety through alerts. A good grasp of National processes will help you educate your team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle mobile dispatching calls effectively

• Monitor and confirm safety alerts for guards

• Ensure accurate logging and data entry

• Write reports and conduct daily briefings

• Educate managers and guards on processes

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and French

• Previous experience in security or call centers preferred

• Strong customer service focus essential

• Basic computer skills are an asset

• Capability to manage physical requirements of the job
