Residential portfolios need guards who understand access rules, parcel rooms, visitor management, and after‑hours noise issues. We hire across the GTA and Hamilton‑Niagara for towers, townhome complexes, and phased new development.
Responsibilities- Staff front desks, patrol parkades, and amenity areas as assigned
- Enforce corporation rules on guests, contractors, and parking
- Respond to fire panel troubles and elevator entrapments per protocol
- Write clear logs for property managers and security supervisors
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Customer‑service mindset with firm boundary‑setting
- Availability for rotating shifts including overnights
- Experience in residential or hospitality security is an asset
