We are hiring Concierge Security professionals in Toronto to deliver front-desk security with strong customer service. You will manage visitor flow, access credentials, and building rules while maintaining a security-first mindset.
Responsibilities- Greet tenants, visitors, and contractors; verify credentials and sign-in procedures
- Monitor lobby, CCTV, and access systems per property management direction
- Handle noise complaints, lockouts, and minor incidents with de-escalation
- Complete daily logs, incident reports, and handover notes
- Support emergency procedures including fire panel awareness and evacuations
- Must be available to work full-time, all shifts
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Excellent communication and professional appearance
- Prior concierge, hospitality, or front-desk experience is an asset
