Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst

Benevity seeks a Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst to enhance its security governance framework. Engage in key compliance activities, risk assessments, and policy enhancement for global operations.

In this position, you will contribute to the execution of Benevity’s comprehensive GRC program. Collaborate with experienced professionals to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements like ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI DSS. This role provides significant learning opportunities in risk management and audit preparation within a dynamic technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in rolling out security policies aligned with global standards

• Support risk assessments and maintain the risk register

• Facilitate audit readiness and gather compliance evidence

• Partner with sales teams on security inquiries and assessments

• Monitor and align internal processes with regulatory changes

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in cybersecurity or compliance-related roles

• Experience with regulatory frameworks including GDPR

• Familiarity with GRC tools such as Security Pal

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Effective communication of risk and compliance concepts
