This full-time position seeks individuals with Residential Concierge Security experience and excellent communication abilities. As a Security Professional, you will patrol the premises, resolve resident issues, and collaborate effectively with property management.
Your role will directly impact the community's safety and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol designated areas regularly for security purposes
• Document incidents and maintain patrol records
• Communicate with residents and property staff effectively
• Address complaints to maintain client satisfaction
• Assist property management with security-related tasks
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Residential Concierge Security
• Must hold a valid Ontario Security License
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb stairs
