VA Leaside, set to open in Fall 2026, is excited to invite applications for Night Concierge and Security Team Members. This position emphasizes creating a secure environment while offering unparalleled customer service. You will actively monitor safety, respond to emergencies, and maintain a calm, welcoming presence for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a secure environment through vigilant monitoring

• Verify visitor access and control guest entry

• Conduct regular rounds to ensure community safety

• Document incidents and communicate shift updates clearly

• Assist community members with transportation and requests

Requirements:

• Prior experience in security or customer service is advantageous

• Strong problem-solving and observational skills

• Ability to remain professional under pressure

• Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening needed

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as required
