Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol shopping centre ensuring safety
• Monitor and respond to CCTV alerts
• Deter theft and manage disruptive behaviour
• Assist shoppers with directions and information
• Address emergencies and incidents effectively
Requirements:
• Ontario Security License required
• First Aid & CPR Level C certified
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Relevant experience in security or education preferred
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
