Assistant Security Manager for MLSE

Lead security for the Toronto Raptors as the Assistant Security Manager with MLSE in Toronto. Shape the safety protocols during events, team travel, and player appearances.

Reporting to the Director of Security, this role requires at least five years of experience in corporate or sports security. You will monitor security threats, coordinate operations at various venues, and collaborate with law enforcement and venue security to ensure safety. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high safety standards for team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide security for players during games and events

• Coordinate venue security operations and access control

• Develop risk mitigation plans for travel and appearances

• Respond rapidly to security incidents and threats

• Maintain documentation of security intelligence and incidents

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in security management or law enforcement

• Proven experience in high-profile public environments

• Knowledge of threat assessment and incident management

• Flexibility for evening and weekend work, plus travel

• Strong rapport with law enforcement and stakeholders
