Candidates should have strong verbal and written English skills, a customer service-driven mindset, and be detail-oriented in record-keeping. The position demands a professional demeanor, keen observation abilities, and sound judgment in emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service as a security representative

• Monitor CCTV and manage access control systems

• Enforce property regulations to ensure safety

• Conduct walking patrols and safety inspections

• Respond effectively to medical and emergency situations

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License and First Aid/CPR Certification

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in computer programs, adapt to software quickly

• Knowledge of Use of Force principles preferred
