Concierge Security Guard North York

In this role, you will oversee security at a residential site, conduct regular patrols, and maintain a professional demeanor. The position is full-time, with shifts primarily on weekends and requires a valid Ontario Security License. You’ll ensure client satisfaction by addressing resident complaints efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the property for safety

• Document incidents and maintain detailed records

• Communicate effectively with residents and staff

• Follow training protocols for security and emergencies

• Address and resolve resident complaints promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Concierge Security experience

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Eligible to work in Canada, up to 40 hours weekly

• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
