Event Security Officer at MLSE

In this role, you will support the Security Services team in maintaining high security standards and providing championship fan service. Your responsibilities include conducting checks, responding to service inquiries, and assisting in emergency situations. This position demands a proactive approach to fan engagement and safety during various events at iconic venues like Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver proactive and professional fan service

• Respond informatively to inquiries and issues

• Report and evaluate incidents diligently

• Conduct bag and s accurately

• Assist with evacuations and emergency situations

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Valid Security License (Bill C-159)

• Smart Serve Certificate obtained within 4 years

• First-Aid/CPR training is an asset

• Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings
