Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and support to security personnel
• Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre
• Monitor CCTV and security technology systems
• Respond to incidents and coordinate emergency activities
• Mentor and coach team members for professionalism
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of security experience, preferably in retail
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License and CPR Certification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
