Aviation Security Supervisor

Take the lead as a Concierge Site Supervisor with Garda World in Toronto, Ontario. This role focuses on customer service, aviation security compliance, and supporting high-profile client interactions.

Garda World is seeking an Aviation Security Supervisor to ensure safety and deliver a premium experience at the FBO. This position is centered on professional client engagement and requires excellent customer service skills. You will manage access control, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents while working closely with airport personnel and flight crews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients

• Manage access control for passengers and crew

• Coordinate escorts with airport partners

• Conduct patrols to mitigate potential risks

• Operate security radios and tablets effectively

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Valid G2 or G Driver’s License with a clean abstract

• First Aid & CPR certification required

• Ability to work during evening shifts

• Strong customer service skills and professionalism
