Security Associate - Level 1 Afternoon Shift

Join Allied Universal as a Security Associate on Level 1 in Downtown Toronto. This full-time afternoon role offers opportunities in incident management and customer interaction at a prominent financial institution.

In this role, you'll work Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, focused on providing security presence, managing incidents, and ensuring safety protocols. Your customer service skills are essential for assisting guests and handling various situations effectively to maintain a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a polished appearance and customer-friendly demeanor

• Perform patrols and inspections of facility areas

• Assist in emergency procedures during incidents

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old

• 1 year of security experience in commercial settings preferred

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License

• Strong communication skills with the public

• Ability to manage crises and deescalate situations
