Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce municipal and provincial security regulations

• Monitor CCTV and operate security control room equipment

• Report hazards and security breaches effectively

• Control site access and respond to incidents

• Prepare detailed daily and incident security reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of security experience

• Valid Ontario Security License and First Aid certification

• Proficient with radio communication and CCTV software

• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills

• Familiarity with the Trespass to Property Act and Criminal Code
