We're looking for committed Concierge Security professionals in Toronto to ensure a secure front-desk environment with superior customer service. Your main responsibility will be managing visitor flow and adhering to security protocols.
This role offers full-time shifts and requires a strong dedication to maintaining a secure atmosphere. As a Concierge Security professional, you will greet and verify tenants and visitors, monitor security systems, and handle incidents with poise. Experience in front-desk or hospitality roles is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist tenants and visitors while verifying credentials
• Conduct monitoring of lobby and CCTV systems
• Address minor incidents, noise complaints, and lockout issues
• Maintain daily logs and document incidents thoroughly
• Support the execution of emergency protocols, including evacuations
Requirements:
• Must be available for full-time shifts
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence required
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Previous experience in hospitality or concierge preferred
• Ability to defuse potentially challenging situations
