SHN is hiring three experienced Security Guards to uphold the safety and security standards of its facilities. Reporting to the Manager of Security, you will handle theft prevention, regulate access, and ensure adherence to hospital policies while showcasing outstanding interpersonal skills to deal with the general public effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prevent theft and maintain facility order

• Implement hospital emergency protocols

• Control access points and enforce safety regulations

• Deliver exceptional service to patients and staff

• Commit to ongoing safety training programs

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• At least 3 years of security experience in a hospital

• Valid Private Security and Investigation Act license

• Proven ability to manage high-stress situations

• Knowledge of hospital emergency codes and safety practices
