As an Operations Agent, you will work the second shift Monday to Friday, focusing on monitoring fire safety, access control, and CCTV systems. You will also dispatch and assist security staff while delivering outstanding customer service to Paladin's clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound and outbound operational calls and emails
• Monitor and generate reports, communicating with management
• Assist Field Staff with scheduling and shift changes
• Redirect and escalate calls to supervisors as necessary
• Perform routine administrative tasks, including email audits
Requirements:
• Security experience considered an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in dynamic situations
• Independent worker and collaborative team member
