Be an integral part of campus safety as a Full-Time Video Surveillance Analyst at Seneca Polytechnic in North York, ON. Engage in active monitoring and incident evaluation utilizing advanced surveillance systems.
This role operates from the Security Operations Centre, offering shifts during the day and evening. You will be responsible for monitoring CCTV feeds, conducting investigations, and delivering prompt customer service. Your focus and attention to detail will be key in maintaining a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct real-time monitoring of security cameras
• Assist with answering calls and providing information
• Document findings from video reviews
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements
• Facilitate access control when needed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification
• Experience in security or surveillance is an asset
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in an extended monitoring session
