Position: Part-Time Loss Prevention Guard Role
Join Wincon Security as a Loss Prevention Guard in Scarborough, Ontario, and help protect client assets. This pivotal role requires expertise in theft prevention and excellent conflict resolution skills.

We are looking for dedicated Loss Prevention Guards to contribute to our mission of safeguarding properties across the Greater Toronto Area. Your shifts will be on weekends, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, in a retail environment where tactical experience is advantageous. You will conduct surveillance, de-escalate confrontations, and maintain accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize CCTV for effective monitoring

• Address suspected thefts professionally

• Document incidents and prepare reports

• De-escalate conflicts with professionalism

• Collaborate with law enforcement as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License

• At least 1 year in retail loss prevention

• First Aid and CPR certification required

• Strong communication skills in English

• Flexibility for additional hours at other sites
