As a Mobile Tactical Security Guard, you are the first line of defense — and the first to help. You’ll:

• Work in the heart of Dowtown Toronto across different parking facilities

Engage with the public compassionately
, especially individuals from vulnerable sectors, showing empathy and respect in every interaction

De-escalate conflicts calmly using sound judgment, communication, and situational awareness

Act as a first responder
, providing immediate support in medical or crisis situations until emergency services arrive

Patrol parking environments — including parking lots, stairwells, and exteriors — to maintain a visible and reassuring presence

Monitor alarms and surveillance systems
, ensuring equipment is functional and incidents are addressed promptly

Deliver professional customer service
, assisting clients and visitors with inquiries or concerns

Document incidents and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as required

• Authorization to work in Canada
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification - WSIB approved
• Ability to stand and patrol for 12-hour shifts
• Ability to conduct interior and exterior patrols in extreme weather conditions
• Minimum 1 year of tactical experience engaging with members of the vulnerable population
• Police Foundations diploma or previous police/military experience (strong asset)
