As a Mobile Tactical Security Guard, you will be the first line of defense, engaging compassionately with the community and de-escalating conflicts when necessary. This role requires strong social skills and a keen awareness of potential risks. You will respond to emergencies, patrol environments, and monitor surveillance systems, all while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol parking environments for safety and presence

• Engage with the public compassionately every day

• De-escalate conflicts using sound judgment

• Respond to medical or crisis situations as needed

• Document incidents and liaise with law enforcement

Requirements:

• Authorization to work in Canada

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification

• Minimum 1 year tactical experience

• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts

• Police Foundations diploma or military experience preferred
