Manager of Team Security Operations

Reporting to the Director of Security, you will play a crucial role in overseeing security measures for athletes and staff. Your primary focus will be on coordinating security logistics across various venues, conducting risk assessments, and responding to emergencies. This position is vital for maintaining a secure environment for all team activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support team travel with comprehensive security operations

• Oversee venue security at hotels, airports, and arenas

• Conduct advance assessments and risk management strategies

• Monitor and react to security incidents and threats

• Liaise with local law enforcement and NBA Security

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in law enforcement or professional sports security

• Strong understanding of travel security and incident response

• Proven ability to collaborate with law enforcement agencies

• Flexible availability for travel, including evenings and holidays

• Experience managing security in public-facing settings
