Position: Security Analyst for Law Enforcement Support
Join Rogers as a Security Analyst to support law enforcement inquiries in Toronto, Ontario, working night shifts in a dynamic corporate environment. You will play a key role in responding to critical requests while maintaining confidentiality.

As a part of the Corporate team, your primary responsibility will be to engage with Canadian law enforcement agencies during exigent circumstances. You will utilize your bilingual skills to provide assistance and support to ensure public safety. Attention to detail and strong communication are essential for reporting and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer urgent inquiries from law enforcement agencies

• Facilitate customer information access under emergency protocols

• Analyze and prepare reports complying with legal requests

• Maintain strict confidentiality across all communications

• Manage special projects as needed

Requirements:

• Must work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

• Background in legal, law enforcement, or telecommunications preferred

• Strong bilingual communication skills are essential

• Experience in customer service and call centers a plus

• Obtain and maintain federal government security clearance
