Position: Toronto Raptors Security Manager Role
Join the Toronto Raptors as a Security Manager and collaborate with MLSE to enhance player and staff safety during events and team activities. Manage security operations effectively both locally and internationally.

As the Assistant Security Manager, you will report to the Director of Security and focus on threat assessment, emergency response, and security logistics for the team. With a background of at least five years in professional sports or military security, you’ll develop protocols and oversee security measures that safeguard team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel with the team and supervise security measures

• Manage operations at hotels, training facilities, and arenas

• Assess security risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Liaise with law enforcement and security partners

• Keep thorough incident reports and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

• 5+ years in professional security or law enforcement

• Experience in public-facing security operations

• Strong understanding of emergency and travel security

• Flexible availability for travel and long hours

• Ability to forge strong relationships within security and law enforcement
