Overnight Security Dispatcher

As a Dispatcher within Security Services, you will manage communications between security agents, customers, and account managers. This full-time position operates on a 12-hour continental overnight schedule, ensuring constant vigilance and prompt response to any irregularities reported during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report security breaches and emergency situations

• Conduct vital camera patrols for overall security

• Validate security compliance and integrity measures

• Keep meticulous records of key security metrics

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License required

• Certification in First Aid and CPR (WSIB approved)

• Previous dispatch experience in a security setting

• Availability for overnight shifts
