Position: Part-Time Security Guard for Weekend Shifts
Paladin Security is hiring a Part-Time Security Guard for weekend shifts at Hudson’s Bay Centre.

Your role will ensure safety and provide excellent service to visitors and tenants.

In this position, you will help maintain the security and welcome atmosphere of a landmark property in downtown Toronto. Duties include conducting regular patrols, responding to disturbances, and assisting with incident management. You are key in maintaining professionalism and calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain visibility to prevent theft and vandalism

• Patrol common areas and entrances diligently

• Monitor safety and site activity

• Respond promptly to medical calls and emergencies

• Provide assistance and directions to individuals on-site

Requirements:

• Ability to secure a valid Ontario Security License

• Certification in First Aid & CPR Level C required

• Previous experience in security or customer service is a plus

• Strong communication and writing skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
