Your role

As a Tactical Security Guard, you are the first line of defense — and the first to help. You’ll:

• Patrol parking facilities in Downtown Toronto (M5G 2H1).
• Respond to incidents and de-escalate situations.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist the public.
• Support individuals in need with professionalism and respect.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to maintain a visible security presence.
• Respond to medical and emergency situations until emergency services arrive.
• Complete accurate incident reports and communicate key details.
• Work closely with emergency services and site management when required.

What you bring

• Authorization to work in Canada
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (WSIB approved)
• Stay active throughout your shift with the ability to stand and patrol for up to 12 hours.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Minimum 1 year of tactical experience
  engaging with members of the vulnerable population
• Enjoy Consistent Shifts and Work-Life Balance with every other weekend off.

    84 hours
    biweekly (0730 Hours - 1930 Hours)
    • Week 1:
      Monday, Tuesday, Saturday
    • Week 2:
      Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
