As a Tactical Security Guard, you are the first line of defense — and the first to help. You’ll:

• Patrol parking facilities in Downtown Toronto.
• Respond to incidents and de-escalate situations
  .
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems
  .
• Provide excellent customer service and assist the public.
• Support individuals in need with professionalism and respect.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to maintain a visible security presence.
• Respond to medical and emergency situations until emergency services arrive.
• Complete accurate incident reports and communicate key details.
• Work closely with emergency services and site management when required.

• Authorization to work in Canada.
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (WSIB approved).
• Stay active throughout your shift with the ability to stand and patrol for up to 12 hours.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Minimum 1 year of tactical experience engaging with members of the vulnerable population.
• Clean Driver's Abstract

• Enjoy consistent shifts and work-life balance with every other weekend off.
• 12-hour continental shifts: 84 hours biweekly  Hours). Week 1:
  Monday, Tuesday, Saturday. Week 2:
  Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
