Become an Operations Coordinator for Purolator's Security Control Tower in Etobicoke. This role is crucial for managing security operations on a full-time, 12-month contract basis.

As the operational lead, you will oversee security monitoring systems and ensure effective incident management. Collaborating with various teams, your focus will be on continuous improvement and customer service excellence. The position demands commitment to a 24/7 rotational schedule, including 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to security alarms promptly

• Dispatch and manage incident assessment and escalation

• Support security investigations through video analysis

• Maintain and manage  systems and databases

• Collect and analyze operational data for improvements

Requirements:

• At least three years of relevant security experience

• Strong grasp of CCTV and intrusion systems

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Capable of interpreting facility blueprints

• Familiarity with GPS and transportation security
