Security Concierge

Position: Security Concierge in Greater
Take on the role of a Security Concierge with First Service Residential, serving in key locations like Mississauga, Markham, and Richmond Hill. This position is all about enhancing resident satisfaction through security and service excellence.

As a Security Concierge, you will be responsible for supporting residents by answering inquiries and providing guidance. The role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain composure in demanding situations. Key functions include managing access control and assisting with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information and direct residents as needed

• Schedule service access for approved vendors

• Maintain the confidentiality of resident information

• Execute safety procedures and monitor common areas

• Document incidents and maintain a secure environment

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License mandatory

• Equivalent to high school diploma required

• Background in business or security preferred

• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
