Position: Healthcare Security Supervisor Role
Paladin Security is seeking an experienced Healthcare Security Supervisor for its operations at North York General Hospital in Toronto. This full-time role focuses on leading security efforts and maintaining safety in a vital healthcare environment.

As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing security staff, ensuring compliance with procedures, and addressing incidents effectively.

Your role includes training personnel, documenting incidents, and collaborating closely with management to ensure seamless operations and a safe experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and coach security staff during shifts

• Schedule and organize staff for site security coverage

• Conduct regular inspections and security patrols

• Investigate and respond to security incidents

• Maintain accurate incident documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check

• 2 years of healthcare security experience

• First Aid & CPR Level C certification

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
