Security Guard

Position: Full Time Security Guard
Become a vital member of Seneca Polytechnic's security team in Toronto. This full-time Security Guard role combines safety and customer care in a vibrant academic setting.

At Seneca Polytechnic, you’ll engage as a Security Guard on the York Campus, supporting students in health sciences, animal care, and community services. This position emphasizes proactive patrolling, empathy in crisis response, and event safety support. Collaborate with diverse individuals while ensuring a secure learning environment within a professional and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive patrols of academic buildings

• Respond to medical and safety incidents with care

• Support event safety within the community

• Liaise with authorities on trail safety

• Manage lost and found, parking, and access issues

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Standard First Aid, CPR Level C certification

• Previous security or healthcare experience preferred

• Certification in Use of Force and MOAB required

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
