As a Security Professional, your role will focus on maintaining the safety and security of residential premises through diligent patrols and resident interaction. We seek individuals with Residential Concierge Security experience, outstanding communication skills, and a commitment to professionalism. You will be responsible for addressing resident complaints and supporting property management as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patrols to monitor property safety

• Keep detailed records of all patrols and incidents

• Effectively communicate with residents and staff

• Enforce security protocols, including emergency responses

• Resolve resident complaints and inquiries

Requirements:

• Experience in Residential Concierge Security required

• Valid Ontario Security License necessary

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to use basic computer technology

• First Aid and CPR certification required
