This role focuses on ensuring that the Private Security team operates in strict accordance with FIFA policies. Reporting to the Stadium Safety & Security Senior Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining operational integrity and support the elite services at this major international event involving 48 teams from Canada, Mexico, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage security at hospitality lounges and control points

• Confirm adherence to credential requirements

• Enhance compliance with FIFA directives

• Report and escalate any significant incidents

• Liaise with operational partners and law enforcement

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in security operations or VIP services

• Leadership experience in high-pressure environments

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish/French is desirable

• Knowledge of restricted zoning protocols

• Relevant event safety certifications advantageous
