Bilingual; FRENCH Alarm Dispatcher

The Securitas Canadian Security Operation Centre (CSOC) is looking for qualified candidates to bring their experience to our Operations Centre and learn and expand their knowledge base. The position will include providing centrally managed Mobile Guard Dispatching with event logging, call recording, emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis.

• Communicate and consult with Branch Management, Supervisors, and Security Guards across the country to provide after-hours support with various operational issues.
• Inbound/Outbound calls to manage mobile dispatching of mobile officers.
• Confirm the health & safety of Security guards in the field via various alerts.
• Prompt and accurate data entry for applications such as Vision and Outlook.
• Acquire a strong understanding of the Department’s National process to educate Guards, Managers and efficiently action various requests.
• Complete daily briefing, as well as write and understand incident reports.

• Physical and mental requirements: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly.
• Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
• Frequent sitting and computer use, which may be required for extended periods of time.
• Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Call Centre and/or Security experience is preferred along with customer service skills.
• A decent aptitude with computers is an asset.
• We are a 24/7/365 operation, and our shifts reflect that.
• We are looking for a bilingual (English/French) speaker.
