In this role within Aritzia’s Enterprise Risk Management Department, you will support initiatives aimed at loss prevention and security. The Risk Associate is instrumental in securing our merchandise and protecting our people. You will also take the lead on promoting and ensuring inventory accuracy in collaboration with store teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Minimize internal and external losses effectively
• Ensure safety for clients and staff members
• Protect Aritzia's financial and physical resources
• Mentor the store team on inventory management
Requirements:
• 1+ year exposure to Loss Prevention or Risk
• Applicable education or qualifications in the field
