On-Call Casual Security Guard GTA

Securitas Canada Limited is hiring on-call Casual Security Guards to protect financial institutions in the GTA. Deliver top-notch safety services with a focus on risk reduction and customer support.

This role emphasizes physical security, requiring motivated personnel to ensure safety at various locations across the Greater Toronto Area. You will de-escalate situations, monitor CCTV footage, and respond to emergencies while following strict security protocols. Ideal candidates will possess a valid Ontario Security License and have experience in large-scale security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• De-escalate tense situations using verbal communication

• Escort medical personnel during emergencies

• Respond to medical incidents and perform CPR/AED

• Unlock and secure access points for authorized personnel

• Monitor security footage and perform foot patrols

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License

• Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate

• Minimum 1 year of security experience

• Understanding of emergency response protocols

• Customer service experience preferred
