Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough surveillance to identify theft or fraud.

• Document suspicious activities with detailed incident reports.

• Maintain professionalism during customer interactions.

• Work with security teams and law enforcement effectively.

• Uphold safety standards and protocols within retail locations.

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License required.

• Prior tactical security experience, at least 1 year.

• Demonstrated report writing and communication skills.

• Knowledge of security laws and regulations.

• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
