Loss Prevention Professional - Bloor Street

Summary   The Loss Prevention Professional maintains a safe and secure environment for clients and employees while acting as a Tiffany ambassador on the sales floor. This role supports store operations and sales by executing security controls, opening and closing procedures, and assisting with facilities and back-of-house tasks. The incumbent partners with store leadership to deter theft, respond to incidents, and ensure adherence to security systems and protocols.
Responsibilities     Serve as first point of contact for clients and support a high-quality in-store client experience.
Implement and follow security systems, daily inspections, alarm tests, equipment checks, and key access controls.
Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, investigate incidents, and respond to emergency situations.
Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with back-of-house operations and facilities communications.
Support sales and service initiatives by aligning security operations with store goals and client engagement.
Requirements     Valid Security License and authorization to work in Canada.
High School Diploma and basic computer skills.
Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred: experience in a retail/security environment with one year prior security-related experience.
