The Manager, Safety & Security is a key leadership position reporting to the Director of Facilities & Real Estate. This role oversees daily security operations, collaborates with external partners, and enhances campus safety standards. Responsibilities include emergency preparedness, incident response, and fostering compliance across all environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage safety operations for all campus locations

• Coordinate security for events and liaise with venue teams

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures

• Conduct safety inspections and security audits

• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in safety or security operations

• Experience in vendor management and incident response

• Knowledge of security technology and safety regulations

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to travel and provide on-call support
