Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of on-site security guards

• Manage daily schedules and shift assignments

• Ensure all guards adhere to security protocols

• Issue and control access cards effectively

• Complete and file daily and incident reports

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in Canada

• 3-5 years security and team management experience

• WSIB approved First Aid certification

• Valid Ontario security license required

• Excellent communication and computer skills
