As part of the team at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, you will report to the Director of Safety & Security. The position involves ongoing development and enforcement of OHS and EMS standards while promoting safe work practices across operations. You will engage with various stakeholders and support safety training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enhance safety management systems
• Investigate safety incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Oversee safety documentation and records
• Chair safety committees at the airport
• Monitor compliance and conduct safety inspections
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in safety within aviation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Professional safety designation is preferred
• Ability to obtain required security clearances
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
