Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated Security Professional for residential oversight in North York. You will patrol and monitor access points to secure the site effectively.

Your role includes responding to emergencies and documenting incidents while fostering a trusted relationship with residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activities

• Monitor access points and enforce safety protocols

• Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents

• Prepare detailed incident and activity reports

• Act as a liaison between residents and property management

Requirements:

• Experience in residential concierge security

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds
