Securiguard Services Ltd. is seeking experienced Retail Security Guards to enhance security in premier retail locations. The ideal candidates should possess strong observation skills and a commitment to customer service. A background in security, law enforcement, or a related field is advantageous for this role, along with the necessary certifications and licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor retail premises to deter theft and incidents

• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety

• Maintain communication via two-way radios and CCTV systems

• Prepare professional daily incident reports

• Conduct crowd management effectively with discretion

Requirements:

• 1 year of security experience, preferably in retail

• Valid Ontario Security License and First Aid certifications

• Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours

• Knowledge of relevant laws and procedures
