Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol hotel property to ensure guest and employee safety

• Answer house calls regarding safety and hotel operations

• Conduct investigations of incidents involving guests and property

• Document reports and maintain accurate records related to incidents

• Monitor visitor access and maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Ministry Security Guard License required

• Previous security or loss prevention experience preferred

• Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours per shift

• First Aid/CPR Certification essential

• Effective communication through various channels
